This fully integrated design helps reduce installation time, eliminating the need for a spring compressor, ensuring a complete repair. *WE HAVE ALL COLOURS AND VARIANTS IN ALL BRANDS* *TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY* | This is a Remanufactured Turbocharger from PurePower Technologies. The turbo components are derusted and/or washed, inspected and reworked/repaired for reuse. Journal and thrust bearings are replaced 100%. All turbos are fitted with new actuators and solenoids. Balancing is completed using automated two-plane state-of-the-art, OE-level equipment, and corrections are based across the entire operating speed range. 100% End of line Testing Fully built turbos are quality-tested at end-of-line for: ✓ Leaks – housing integrity. ✓ Oil consumption – bearing selection and assembly. ✓ NVH – correct balance. ✓ High-speed test – operating efficiency. Core return is required. Each turbo is shipped with a RETURN tag for convenience. Simply place the turbo in the original box and place the tag on the outside and drop off at any FedEx location or call us and we will schedule a pickup.
